Core and Upper Body

Our core and upper body class trains the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen as well as the chest, back and arms, giving a balanced upper body workout.

Forrest Yoga Inspired Flow

10.00 - 11.00

An inspiring, grounding and deeply healing yoga practice. Guided by the breath, this intelligent sequencing will build your flexibility and strength while relieving tension.

Forrest Yoga has a strong focus on core strength. Expect to work with postures unique to this style, breathe deep, hold the poses, release stress and truly connect to yourself with compassion and interest. It is accessible to all levels and suitable for those working with injuries. 

Body Combat

Body Combat is a LesMills class, choreographed to music. Body Combat allows you to punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired class is totally non-contact using simple and effective moves.

Total Body

Our Total Body workout focuses on exactly that, all areas of the body will be targeted using weights and body weight exercises to give that all over body work out. 

Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Kettlebells

You will swing, lunge and squat your way to a more toned body whilst improving your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance in our Kettlebells class. Dance Fit

This dance class features high- and low-intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance, coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength, through the application of beginner-accessible choreography.

Kettlebells

Morning Stretch

A gentle, static stretch, class to improve your joint flexibility, mobility and range of movement to ultimately let you move more comfortably in everyday life and improve your ability to perform exercises correctly.

Senior Fitness

14.30 - 15.15

 

A gentle way to introduce adults to exercise. The class focuses on full body stretches, strength exercises for upper and lower body with light weights, balance and co-ordination. 
It’s a fun, friendly atmosphere and social class which is tailored to fit your individual needs with plenty of options to chose from.

Body Pump

Beginner Spin 30
