Zoe is the co-owner of The Body Training Studio and has been a Personal Trainer for 5 years, Zoe specialises in weight loss programs and has a wealth of experience with 1:1 clients as well as group exercise.
Pete has been a Personal Trainer since December 2011. Working in various gyms over the past 10 years, he has gained a lot of experience with 1:1 clients as well as group exercise. Pete is a Level 3 Kettlebell Instructor, Mat Pilates Teacher and TRX instructor. He has completed courses in Women’s Health.
Shay started her career in the fitness industry 5 years ago. Shay is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 qualified as a Personal Trainer, and focuses on providing tailored, engaging sessions to fit each clients goals. Shay has a keen interest in Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition.
James has 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and has also qualified as a ski instructor. During this time, he has run a successful business running ski fitness workshops, boot camps, personal training and life coaching programs with training and experience in psychology and mental health.
Sharon is personal trainer with many years PT & Class teaching experience with clients of all ages and abilities. Whatever your goals are, you may want to feel more confident in the gym, get stronger and healthier or just keep up a level of fitness - Sharon has a wealth of experience in all areas.
Tasha has been a personal trainer for over 2 years training women privately and also online.
Being a mum of 4 she has a keen interest in helping women of all ages gain confidence in the gym environment.
Tasha has a keen interest in resistance training and teaching women to use weights with confidence.
