Zoe is the co-owner of The Body Training Studio and has been a Personal Trainer for 9 years, Zoe specialises in weight loss programs and has a wealth of experience with 1:1 clients as well as group exercise.

Personal Trainers at BTS - Pete

Pete has been a Personal Trainer since December 2011. Working in various gyms over the past 10 years, he has gained a lot of experience with 1:1 clients as well as group exercise. Pete is a Level 3 Kettlebell Instructor, Mat Pilates Teacher and TRX instructor. He has completed courses in Women’s Health.

Shay started her career in fitness 6 years ago. Shay is a Fitness Instructor & Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, and focuses on providing tailored, engaging sessions to fit each clients goals. Shay has a keen interest in Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition. Shay has also completed her Menofit course.

 James has 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and has also qualified as a ski instructor. During this time, he has run a successful business running ski fitness workshops, boot camps, personal training and life coaching programs with training and experience in psychology and mental health.

 Kim is newly qualified in her Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification but has always been interested in fitness and using the gym herself. Kim has a keen interest in helping clients to improve their mental wellbeing as well as improving their relationship with exercise.
